We just have to see the Dalai Lama to realise he's always smiling, laughing, and blessing everyone with abundance. He seems incredibly happy within himself. He loves a joke.
Beautiful story. I just loved listening to it this morning. Since there are so few beings like that walking this earth, I’m curious how we cultivate that feeling of safety without it needing to be reflected back to us from another. 🤍🙏🏽🤍

My friend Gauri Davies took me to see the statue of Hanuman when he arrived in the USA at the barn in Embudo, NM. I used to attend the Bandhara every summer, visiting Mukti, Gauri, Lillian North, and the lovely temple and ashram in Taos, NM. Hanuman helped me defeat stage 4 muscle invasive bladder cancer this year, Jai Hanuman! It is such a comfort to be home once again…..❤️🥰🐒
I heard him tell the crochet story twice in person. Once in Atlanta in the 70’s and on Kauai in the early 80’s. Only people who crochet could possibly understand 😉 🧶

I met Ram Das 60 years ago so I have to say he was my first guru.
His dharma talks in Be Here Now served me well until I met the great siddha guru Adi Da Samraj in 1976.
Find a real Guru. Follow their teachings. That’s all one needs to do. Jai Ram ! Jai Da ! Jai Ram Das ! Jai Hanuman !
